Mr.Silvio Mifsud MOM KSS KCN KM was conferred with the Order’s decoration Commendatore all’Merito Melitense for services rendered over his thirty-five years as a member of M.A.S.M.O.M. Comm. Mifsud has also been a member on the Maltese Association’s Council for the last thirty years, Vice-President for the last Twelve Years.
